Patience, a resident of Accra, Ghana, became a Sankofa supporter and friend in 2003.  She is a very talented and gifted seamstress and gospel singer, and gives Jesus all the praise and glory for her talents and gifts.

In 2009, during a Sankofa Group trip, Patience sewed, by hand, beautiful African garments for each group member.  Later, during the same trip, she performed a medley of gospel songs, during the gospel service, at Victory Bible Church International, in Accra.

When not sewing and singing, Patience helps to promote and manage the Sankofa National Scholarship Program in Ghana.

In 2010, Patience helped to arrange and produce Sankofa’s theme song entitled “God Had His Way”, where she is one of the lead singers.
