Karen Kosh

Karen resides in the USA in the state of Maryland. She is married and has two grown sons.

Karen has worked for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for more than 27 years where she currently holds the position of Assessment Technician in the Property Assessment Unit of the Revenue Group.

When Karen is not caring for her family or working to help others in whatever capacity is needed, she is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure every one is taken care of. She loves spending time and working with children. During her down time Karen loves to sew. She is always using her creative talents towards special projects and programs to help Sankofa in its efforts in helping the needy in Africa. She is true blessing to others.

Karen's initial involment with Sankofa began prior to 2006 and became fully involved in the Sankofa mission when she traveled to Ghana with Sankofa during that same year. Karen is an intergral part of the Sankofa family and continually gives her all in everything she does.
